Open Team Space
First things first

Friday, 23rd February 2018

We make tools to help teams strengthen themselves and become more productive.

Although our software is generally useful to teams, we try to create a space which is targetted to specific team needs. As we have extensive experience in the software development industry, we’ve started by building a space for software development teams →

We’re thinking through the use cases for other spaces and we’d be interested in your ideas. If you need a space for your type of team, group or project, drop us a line and we might be able to collaborate on putting it together.

We don’t charge for the use of team spaces if you’re storing data in your own service (such as Google Drive). Although we incur some costs for hosting our software, we are able to keep costs low by not storing customer data on our servers.

However, this facility is only recommended for small teams. This method of data storage is designed for single users and data loss is possible if multiple users try to update the information at the same time (by overwriting each others’ changes).

We suggest that you try out our software using something like Google Drive. This lets you verify that the software will meet your needs. Then, if you need multi-user access to data, we can host your data for you using one of our paid plans. We charge for data hosting because we take the need for data security seriously.
